Help, I am starting to bill for a portable x-ray company that goes to Skilled Nursing facilities and cannot figure out why Medicare is stating the Technical Component is included in the Part A payment to the SNF. The company owns the equipment and brings it in to perform the test. Shouldn't he get paid for both professional and technical components??
