Hello...wondering what software your billing company uses? I'm in the market for new software, but don't want to break the bank with monthly fees as a lot of our clients are small and can't afford it. Is there a great product out there you recommend? Thanks for your help!

I use AdvancedMD and have for seven years and love it. Some might think it's pricey but is saves time which equals money so I guess it would depend on what is considered pricey.

I use Office Ally - it is inexpensive and works well. There are some features I wish it had that I were on the system we used at my former job but it was expensive and costly.

I also used Advanced MD. It was great because the charges "bridged" into Advanced from our EHR software through Modernizing Medicine. Plus it was Saas based which saved the dr alot of money, about $20,000, on upgrading to a new in-house server.

We got tired of all of the other PM softwares missing features that billing companies like so hired web on some developers and created our own - Azalea PM. Five years later we are now selling it to other billing companies (which feels odd at first when you are primarily a billing company). It has all of the nice features we like as billing companies - Auto-posting remits, code check, integrated eligibility, charges flowing into the billing encounter from the chart, etc.

If you clients are up to it go ahead and suggest Azalea EHR here --> http://www.azaleahealth.com/products/electronic-health-records/
