Does anyone have a new and improved superbill that they created with all these new codes? I need to create one and would like to see how others did theirs. YOu can email to ssullivan@chmed.org.

Also, for psychiatric and Psychotherapy codes does start and stop time need to be documented or just total time?

Due to the varying requirements for each insurance provider, it is best to list both time spent along with time in and time out. That way you will not be denied payment if audited as the documentation is already there.

I am sorry I do not have a Superbill to email you. We have ours within our electronic health record and that is confusing for us who use it every day.
