Wiki SP tube exchange and bladder botox injection

A patient came in for a bladder botox injection (52287). This happens through their SP tube. The patient also complained of leaking from their SP tube and requested an exchange. So the SP tube was also exchanged (51705). Can I bill these things together? Do I need a modifier?

Patient with SP tube presented for Botox Chemo denervation. Physician performed the procedure, in this case, the cystourethroscope was placed into the suprapubic tube channel and into the bladder. Please suggest the CPT that can be used to bill this service
