I am trying to find out more information on the sp tube. This patient has a sp change frequently. does this risk adjust? I can't find anything to suggest that it RA.
Am i missing what should be coded when no other information other than the visits for SP tube change are done? I see nothing for face to face.
Please advise. Thank you.
