SpaceOar and how it's billed is apparently going to drive management up a wall here! 
Just for clarification purposes, we bill it 55874, 55876-51 (IF Visicoil is done), and 76872 for the ultrasound.
When it's done in the office, Is there a separate supply tray that is billable with a HCPCS? (I only code it when it's done in the OR - and in those cases, the facility bills for the supplies themselves) I can't find a HCPCS code for it, but that means nothing.
ALSO: visicoils aren't absolutely essential with SpaceOar, are they? I have mixed info on this.
