Hello, thank you for taking the time to read my post. I am a newly Certified Professional Biller who is seeking to get a start in my new career. I am currently working for a mental health non profit agency based in NYC. I am currently working in a hybrid position but I am seeking a remote position. I am also in the works of moving to the West Coast, specifically Arizona. I have work with the agency for 10 years, 8 of those years I have worked at a clinic as a front desk clerk, also worked in the medical records department of said clinic and assisted the medication providers and patients with obtaining a prior authorization for psychotropic medications. I am now working with the agency's contact center as a Client Engagement Specialist. I have attached my resume for more clarification on work history.
