Good afternoon everyone,
As per "SPARCS" (Data collection) E codes are required for 8xx and 9xx (ICD 9 diagnosis) codes. patient come to clinic with neck/ muscle or any type of strain/sprain . No trauma involved. Is it OK to code E928.9 or not.
