Good day All!

We are an endocrinologist office. One of our diabetic patients is in a rehabilitation center. They reached out to us stating their blood sugars is running high and the center is not addressing this issue properly. Can we treat patient via Telehealth? If so, what is the procedure i.e. POS, modifier? I appreciate your help.
