Can any one point me to a link or info that specifically states that wholly own Speciality Physician will be part of the 3 day rule? Or something that says they are not?
What I ready says the only ones excluded from this new rule are RHC and FQHC.

Medicare three day rule

I would really like to have some more information about this rule, what I have seen so far is about as clear as mud.
