I have been Coding & Billing for nearly 4 years now without my CPC at a very small, private outpatient pediatric speech therapy clinic. The CPT codes we get to use number no more than 10 in total, with ICD 9 Codes about 20 in total. I have recently taken my CPC exam (last week) and am hoping that I did well and am all ready to start applying (I would prefer a remote position since my husband is military) but I am wondering if I can even count my experience? Technically all the CPT codes I use are all under the Radiology Section so does that mean I can claim that? Any advice would be truly appreciated!
