I was wondering if anybody that has taken the OB/Gyn specialty exam knows if it specifies the number of bullets that should be hit for the ROS. I know the guidelines state age/gender appropriate, but I am going round and round with our auditors who state that one ROS is enough to bill for a 9939x. Any help would be appreciated.
