I am trying to code a patient for Eczematous dermatitis of eyelids. This is to include both eyes and all eyelids. The only code I can find that is not a non specific code is H01.13 or all four codes which denotes the eye and eyelid. What is the correct way to bill this code. Does H01.13 mean all or do I have to use all four codes?

Under the laterality rules in the general I-10 guidelines since there isn't a single code for bilateral or all you would need to use all 4 specified codes

H01.131 (Right Upper)
H01.132 (Right Lower)
H01.134 (Left Upper)
H01.135 (Left Lower)
