Hello, I have 2 questions:
1. What specimen collection fee code, if any, should be used by Independent laboratory (place of service 81), if this laboratory NOT related to any outpatient, inpatient or nursing home facilities?
2. Do specimen collection fee codes G2023/G2024 apply to SELF SWABS performed by patients in our lab or in the doctor's offices and sent to us for the run?
