55550 vs 55520

Lap inguinal hernia repair converted to resection of bilateral spermatic cord lipomas. No inguinal hernia found. Mesh was placed bilaterally.

How would this be coded? 49650-52; 55520-50-51-59 or 49650-52; 55559-50 or just 55520-50 or 55559-50?
