I do not know what codes to use, these patient's have Chronic Pain, and we are not treating their chronic pain, but evaluating them to see if they are candidates for a Spinal Cord Stimulator. Can someone help me with the codes? I have coded depression, and anxiety and chronic pain as a last code, but insurance companies want to make it a "behavioral health" claim instead of medical!! Help Please.
