Does anyone have any insight on how to code this, this is for a 72080 Radiologic examination, spine; thoracolumbar, 2 views. This patient has severe scoliosis with pedicle screws and rods and bone grafts and multiple levels. Here is the radiologists impression

Unchanged fracture of the left pedicle screw at L4 and bilateral posterior rods at the L4-5 level. The fracture of the posterior lateral bone graft material on the left demonstrated on the prior outside CT study is not well demonstrated on the conventional radiographic study.

All I can come up with is the associated pain
T84.84XA Pain due to internal orthopedic prosthetic devices, implants and grafts, initial encounter

Please & Thank You
