We are looking for help with a L5-S1 microforaminotomy, right side with decompession. The second procedure was an L4-L5 fusion with 3 system microscope/extensor. We keep coming to IP Only (for Medicare) procedure when we group. Any thoughts? This was a change of status to an ASU Extension. Thanks.
