Hello All,

Can someone provide clarification for me? When removing instrumentation you use procedure code 22850 to remove a Harrington rod and procedure 22852 to remove segmental instrumention, but which code would you use remove pedicle screws at just 2 levels? Thanks for any help.
 
if you go to code 20670-20680. hope this helps. these codes may bundle so check with cci edits.
