So i recently went to a spine conference, and they mentioned that we could bill primary codes for multilevel procedures. They showed some examples but did not give us them to take home and i wanted to know if anyone else bills 63030 codes along with 63047. We have surgeons often performing Microdiskectomies on multiple levels & Foraminotomies on others. IE: L3-4 Microdiskectomy, L4-5 Microdiskectomy and L5-S1 Foraminotomy. Would you bill as 63030, 63035 - for microdiskectomies & 63047 - for Foraminotomy?
