Op note reads...Once all screws were placed we then placed in a derotator, external derotation device and the external jig was applied to the screws at L3 left and right. The single screws at L3 to try to derotate the spine as much as possible. The derotating external jig was applied and derotational forces applied to the jig on the left hand side, derotated from left to right.

Any ideas for code or do I use 22899 unlisted spine procedure. The remainder of the op note is coded as 22612, 22614x2, 63047, 63048, 22214, 20936.
