Does anyone know if you can bill for a spine fellow?
 
Depends

No easy answer to this question.

Usually fellows are not billable in the area in which they are training.

But, if your spine fellow is also performing procedures for which s/he is fully credentialed you may be able to bill for those services.

Issue is too complicated to answer in one simply statement.
