We have a question concerning Spirometry and whether or not we can bill for it twice within the same visit. Say if we do a Spirometry and we realize they need treatment and then we do another spirometry after the treatment. Can we bill for it both times or just once. The codes are 94010 for the spirometry and 94640 for the treatment.
