The doctor I work for is thinking about purchasing a Spirometer System. He is asking if there are any restrictions when billing 94010 or 94060. Does anyone know if Medicare allows this procedure once annually or can a patient be tested as needed? He will more then likely want to re-test to check response to treatment and so on. I cannot find anything to answer these questions for him. I would greatly appreciate some insight from my fellow coders :)
