Need help with the following BX report. I am going to take a guess and say 537.89 but please tell me if there is something more appropriate or if 537.89 is way off.

Colonic mucosa with congestion and prominent capillaries in lamina propria containing increase in neutrophils which are also present in the surface lining most consistent with early(acute) ischemia.

537.89 is "Other specified disorders of stomach and duodenum." If this is the splenic flexture of the colon, you would want to use 569.89 "Other specified disorders of intestine."
