WE HAD A PATIENT THIS MORNING AND IT WAS A COMPLICATED SPLINTER REMOVAL FROM UNDER THE FINGERNAIL. NO "INCISION" WAS NEEDED BUT THEY DID HAVE TO DO A DIGITAL BLOCK AND THE SPLINTER WAS INTO THE MUSCLE. THE PROVIDER WANTS TO CHARGE A 20525 BUT THAT STATES THAT INCLUDES AN INCISION. HOW HAVE OTHERS CHARGED THIS:rolleyes:
