Split graft considered "closed"?

I am coding for plastic surgery, but this is technically wound care.

Surgeon placed a 22x18cm split-thickness graft over a traumatic, non-healing wound and then attached a wound vac. Is a split-thickness graft that has been meshed considered "closed", or is the wound vac placement considered separately billable?
