How do you bill a split nuclear test on separate days? 

Pt had coffee and they decide to do resting portion on the first day and stress when they return.

I use the date of service as the 2nd day, when they completed the test.

I also use Day 2 as well for the same reason as above. That is the day the test was "completed".
