I code for a hospitalist group that utilize the ARNP's for H&P and follow-up. The MD's attestation states ".....I performed key elements, reviewed labs, medications.....agree with extender's plan....." Is this enough proof of face to face time? He/She does not specify what system was examined. There is a lot of disagreement on this within our office. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
