How are sports physicals coded in an urgent care setting?
 
The same as anywhere else

You should have a policy outlining how they are handled. These are cash only services, if the patients want to turn it into their insurance they still pay it in full then you give them a claim form and they can submit themselves.

CPT 99429 and I would suggest you price competitively for your area by finding out what other places are charging. I have seen rates anwhere from $25-50 in my area of mid Michigan.
