Hello, I am new to the billing and coding world. If anyone has tips on billing commercial and Medicare/Medicaid insurances for Spravato Buy and Bill. I would appreciate it greatly!

Yes, I was able to figure out the initial billing for reimbursement. Still in the process of figuring out how to bill this same day as a med management appointment. Do you have any insight with that?
 
Okay, I am getting some confusion on the Spravato Buy and Bill codes to submit for Medicare advantage plans. Would it be the corresponding G code with a e/m code as well?
