Good morning. We are clear on the appropriate CPT code to report SRT treatment delivery, which is 77401. I am less sure about codes for treatment planning, simulation. Are these services appropriate to report (77280-77290, 77300) when the plan is SRT for skin cancer? I am having difficulty finding real guidance that goes beyond the treatment delivery service.
