Hello, trying to find other staffing benchmarks than MGMA. Does anyone else use AMA or another benchmark? How do you determine if you have enough employees? Currently my org is using Number of visits/hours worked but that is not fair to providers who only see 1 patient per hour as opposed to the providers who sees 10 pt per hour. Other organizations used total task times per day divided by 8 hours to determine how many FTEs needed to perform those tasks. Thank you in advance for your help.
