howdy all,

I'm having trouble finding information on the proper way to bill a staged ALIF. In this scenario, the first stage was the actual anterior fusion in which the provider placed the PEEK cage and an allograft (with anterior instrumentation). The second part was placement of the percutaneous pedicle screws posteriorly. Would the second half be an unlisted? (22899)?

Any advice you have would be greatly appreciated =)
