Staged revision of arthroscopic ACL

One of our providers is performing an arthroscopic bone grafting of the femoral and tibial tunnels as the first stage of the revision with an arthroscopic partial medial meniscectomy. She is wanting to bill out 29881, 27356 & 27638; we have searched and are suggesting 29881 with 29999(compared with 20902) since there are no other codes specific to this procedure.

We are looking for help/recommendations

Is the surgeon harvesting bone plugs for the ACL revision? Also just to confirm the ACL revision is not being done at the same time as the bone grafting and menisectomy, it will be done at a later date.
