Wiki Staged TKA for infection

Patient had an infected TKA removed in March and an intra-articulating spacer placed. This month the patient went back to the OR for removal of the spacer, I&D and had a new intra-articulating spacer placed as the knee wasn't ready for a new prosthesis yet.

How would you code stage 2? Arthrotomy and a 119.. series code? Arthrotomy and a new 207.. series code? Revision code?

Please let me know your thoughts!
 
Stage 2 is coded with the arthrotomy code, 27310, then the final stage would be 27447 as the component were already removed, removal of spacer is included.
