I want to start my own billing and coding business, but I need to know where should I start researching and what should I consider before opening one? I need some guides and tips. Thank You.

I'd recommend taking a look at www.score.org. SCORE is the Senior Corps or Retired Executives - it's a volunteer organization under the Small Business Administration that offers free advice and information on starting and operating your own business. If you have a local chapter near you, they'll even assign you a mentor to meet with you regularly and guide you through the process. Their web site (click on Browse Library or enter a search topic) also has reading material and videos that have a lot of good information.
