I've just started working with a new start up insurance company .. They are interested in setting up a coding department ... There is an option to code onsite vs remotely .. Is there anyone out there who has started up a coding department that I can converse with for some advice ?? We can exchange email addresses to take out of thread or keep it in whichever is easier .. Thank you!!!
