I have an account which the CPT codes 81001 and 87086 denied due to those codes not being on STAT lab list. I have tried looking up the list on CMS and unable to find anything. I haven't heard anything about this until today. I am not sure if it named under something else but if anyone does know please let me know. I know there is a QW CLIA list is it similar to that?
