Does anyone out there know what the TC, or global for that matter, for PET Scan CPT 78492 is? Noridian only lists the 26 allowable and I am in need of the global. I am going to write to General Inquiries but first wanted to check the forum to see if anyone knows this info. The girl I spoke to at Noridian in picing said she could not find it??

Is it for 2013? I don't have Noridian, but imagine you can check the RVU files, and figure it out with the rvu/conversion factor. I do have the 2013 version downloaded...i actually just pulled that code up, and it lists "0" for both the global and TC. Only allows RVU's for 26. Not sure what you would do with it to get the TC amount.
