I'm wondering if I can get some help on this... a patient has a PMH of Cushing disease status postsurgical resection of pituitary adenoma. I cannot seem to find the best code for the Status postsurgical resection of pituitary adenoma. Can someone help me as I'm struggling with this dx code.
