Statutorily denied diagnosis

I am coding a Cardiology Medicare patient and there is a diagnosis of Z82.49 family history of ischemic heart disease and a edit pops up saying this is a statutorily denied diagnosis do we need to not have this on the claim? If someone can explain what this means I would be greatful. Thank you!
