I'm finding inconsistant information as it relates to the correct CPT code for a Stem Cell Boost. One article recommended using 38240 or 38241 depending if it's an allo or auto, however I'm feeling uncomfortable because this is only for a transplant. Another article recommended 86999 (Unlisted transfusion medicine procedure) which I'm thinking of going with but just wanted to hear what others are using. Thanks:D
