Can anyone tell me if you can code for stent placement in the LM and the RI if the doctor only uses one stent? The report reads>>>>>>
A prowater flex wire was advanced into the left main and positioned in the distal ramus intermedius. Balloon dilation was performed of the left main and proximal ramus intermedius using a 2.5 x 20 balloon followed by the deployment of a 3.5 x 24 Synergy drug eluting stent, post dilated in the left main with a 4.0 x 15 and then a 5 x 15 balloon. Completion angiogram demonstrated excellent results and 0% stenosis.
