Can we bill more than just 37215 on this one? the cannulation and bilateral angiograms?
What code would you use for selective cannulation of innominate artery? (36225?)
What code for Angiograms of bilateral common arteries?
1. Diagnostic Arch angiogram.
2. Selective cannulation of the innominate artery.
3. Cannulation of the right subclavian artery, right common carotid artery
and right external carotid artery.
4. Placement of a 10 x 20 followed by a 10 x 30 Cordis stent within the
innominate artery with use of embolic protection device. (37215)
5. Placement of an embolic protection device.
6. Angiogram of the abdominal aorta. (75625)
7. Diagnostic angiograms of bilateral common arteries
2 stents deployed and angioplasty alkso performed
