Please clarify for me. Can you only bill this once per visit even if there are two different stents being placed? Example; one was placed in the Biliary and the other was a pancreatic mini stent.
 
You can bill the 43268 for 2 or more stent placements correct way to bill would be to add the modifier 59 to the second. You may have to send the operative notes to prove different locations. Hope this helps.
