Hi All,
I am trying to find out if the XR Examination of the specimen 76098, and the Diagnostic Mammo to confirm clip position G0206, need to be included in the order. Presently the order states only, "stereotactic breast biopsy", but the other two procedures are clearly documented as done in the report.
Can anyone shed some light on this issue?
