doctor did a Planned delayed closure of chest and Mediastinal washout there wasn't any clots. Would this be coded with 21750-58/39010
 
I only bill 21750 - 58, with dx V58.41. The closure includes debridement of tissue or bone, and they would have to wash the area before closing it.
