Sternal Scar Revision w/removal Sternal Wires

Hello - How would you code a revision of a sternal scar with removal of painful sternal wires. I found 20680 for the wire removal but not sure about the scar revision.

Closure bundled

Yes, closure will bundle with the hardware removal.

If the scar revision really constituted a significant amount of additional work, you could consider using a -22 modifier on the 20680.
