Wiki Sternal Wire Removal

Hello everyone - I am in need of assistance of a code for sternal wire removal (four years post op CABG). Op notes state "incision was made thru the skin and subcutaneous tissue. The offending underlying wire was identified and removed. A wire just above this was also removed, no signs of infection"

DX: painful sternal wire

I found 20670 but I am really questioning it being this code is in the musculoskeletal system???

Any comments are greatly appreciated.

I was thinking 20670 or 20680...depends on how deep it was.
